With a strong focus on mentorship, the TEFL teacher training program at Bridges is all about giving new teachers the skills, knowledge, and confidence to teach English like pros, no matter where in the world they end up. Our program is built on hands-on teaching practice, reflective learning, and—most importantly—ongoing mentorship from our experienced educators. Think of them as your teaching Yodas, guiding you through the ups and downs of the classroom. With their support, you’ll gain the tools and confidence to tackle any teaching challenge and emerge as a skilled, adaptable, and totally unstoppable EFL teacher.

Teachers can  sign up for short-term weekend workshops that allow them to use newly acquired skills and activities the following Monday, or for longer, more in-depth training during the summer.
