Our TEFL training program, designed by Bridges teachers themselves, combines up to date teaching methodologies, hands-on practice, and mentorship by our own teachers.  Whether you’re new to teaching or looking to refine your skills, our program will prepare you to teach English effectively in diverse cultural and linguistic settings.

Course Description

  1. Hands on workshop
    Each of these workshops lasts 5 hours. You can sign up either for individual workshops (300 dh/workshop including a coffee break) or for all twelve workshops (3000 dh)
    • Foundations of EFL Teaching
    • Lesson Planning: Crafting Effective and Engaging Lessons
    • Making Grammar Fun and Accessible
    • Engaging Young Learners, Part 1: Learning Activities
    • Teaching Young Learners, Part 2: Effective Classroom Management
    • Keeping up with Gen Alpha and Gen Z: Building Rapport
    • Integrating Project-Based Learning (PBL) into ELT
    • Social Emotional Learning (SEL) in your ELT classroom
    • English for Specific Purposes (Adult Learners)
    • Teaching one-to-one classes: how to make classes engaging and impactful.
    • Assessment and Feedback Techniques
    • Teacher Well-being and Self-Care

  2. Practical Teaching Experience
    Teachers who sign up for all the workshops can also sign up for our personalized mentorship program that offers microteaching sessions and observed teaching practice (1000 dh for 10 hours)
    • Microteaching Sessions: These are sessions where you prepare a brief lesson and teach your fellow trainees, under the supervision of the trainer.
    • Observed Teaching Practice: You will teach Bridges students under the guidance of our teachers, who provide constructive feedback.
